Very often candidates underestimates its importance, focusing exclusively on the CV, which contains useful information about the education and professional background, but leaves out one or more qualities of the candidate instead might emerge through the cover letter and positively affect the interest of the recruiter.

  1. With a few lines you can prove to recruiter that you have read the offer, you are the right person for the job because you have qualities and requirements suitable for the employment, or that you are interested in acquiring the necessary skills to do the job.
